THE BIODIVERSITY COLLECTIVE

Biodiversity Collective
Benefit Dinner - Telluride
FOOD, FUNGI, COMMUNITY, PURPOSE
Join us for an intimate evening of food, fungi, and conversation in Telluride, Colorado
Held the evening before the Telluride Mushroom Festival, this small gathering brings together a limited group of guests for a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner featuring wild and cultivated fungi, paired with a selection of wines and other libations. The meal will be prepared by Graham Steinruck.
The dinner will take place on Wilson Mesa, creating a relaxed and scenic setting to connect—whether you’re coming from the scientific, culinary, or broader mycological community.
Seating is limited to approximately 28 guests.
Why This Dinner Matters
Proceeds from the evening directly support the work of Biodiversity Collective, including:
-Field-based fungal biodiversity surveys
-DNA sequencing and specimen processing
-Long-term ecological research projects
-Educational programs and community engagement
Much of this work is not traditionally funded, despite its importance in understanding and protecting biodiversity.
Your participation helps make it possible.
