Kevin Faccenda is a botanist and graduate researcher at the University of Hawai‘i studying invasive plant species across the islands, with a focus on grasses. His background includes research on the botanical diversity and history of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with an early interest in cryptic plant groups such as Carex.


In addition to his academic work, he studies native Hawaiian flora and contributes plant identifications on iNaturalist.
