Refund Policy

If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will receive a refund without the need to contact us in the same form as the original payment method. The service fees are non-refundable. We cannot refund a ticket for a 'no show' to the event.

• We will provide a full refund for your ticket, minus a $50 processing fee per ticket, if you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the event start date.

• If a reservation is canceled 59 days before the event start date or less, we will provide a full refund of your ticket, minus a $150 processing fee per ticket.

• If a reservation is canceled 30 days before the start date or less, we cannot guarantee a full refund, and you may forfeit your ticket if we cannot find someone to replace your reservation.

You may apply for a refund by sending an email to friendsandfungi@gmail.com. If you or one of the attendees in your group contract COVID-19 or a related illness prior to the event, please contact staff for a refund when applicable. We appreciate your understanding.
